Workout: Jog and walk 3.25 miles
Diet: Good! I’ve started tracking my intake on my iPhone on an app called My Fitness Pal.
I took Monday and Tuesday off. After the 5 mile long run on Sunday, my legs were stiff and I decided to take a break. Today I thought, Hey! I probably can do 30 minutes of running straight since I walk/ran 5 miles last Sunday! I threw on my new kicks, drank a bottle of water and headed out.
It was about 80 degrees out today and after about 15 minutes I had to stop. Ugh. Oh well. While I’m going to be walk/running the half in September, I still hope to run the half straight one day. Looks like I need to get back on the Couch to 5K bandwagon to make that happen!
On a totally unrelated note, I had to post the oh so wonderful bouquet that my boyfriend gave me! AWESOME! I have the best BF ever.
