Workout: None, yet. Planning on hopping on the elliptical while catching up on my DVR.
Diet: Pretty good. Indulged in some shrimp chips.
The good news is that I’m not as sore as I was after my first run! Yay! Post running stretches really made a difference. I don’t feel a difference in the way my clothes fit yet, but I do feel lighter overall. I feel like I’m taking better care of myself which is good. I also went crazy cleaning mode in my bedroom yesterday. My closets are no longer bursting at the seems.
I know it’s only been a few days, but I’m really a believer in the Couch to 5K program! I feel myself slowly and easily getting back into fighting form. I have the app on my iPhone. It’s called Get Running and it’s awesome.
